This Blog is a personal archive containing over 500 original, creative works detailing the personal life, reflections, and experiences of the Author where you are not allowed to [Copy or Paste] anything posted from this site onto other platforms such as (WordPress, Tumblr, Substack, Medium, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or TikTok). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Blog.

By accessing or browsing this Blog, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing this site. 1. Age Requirement and Adult Content Restricted Use: Strict 18+ Access: This Blog is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access, read, or interact with this Blog. Termination of Access: If the Author discovers or suspects that anyone under the age of 18 is accessing the content, access to the site or specific networks may be blocked immediately without notice. 2. No Side-Blogging or Secondary Posting: You may not copy, paste, paraphrase, or rewrite the Content to create "side blog posts," derivative articles, syndications, or social media content on any other platform (including but not limited to WordPress, Tumblr, Substack, Medium, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or TikTok). 3. Permitted and Restricted Uses Personal Consumption Only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and read the Content solely for your personal, private, non-commercial entertainment. 

Prohibited Scraping and AI Training: You may not use automated systems, software, "robots," "spiders," or "scrapers" to extract text or data from this Blog. Using the 500+ personal posts on this Blog to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or Large Language Models (LLMs) is explicitly forbidden. No Derivative Works: You may not alter, transform, build upon, or create derivative works from the Author’s personal life stories. 4. Enforcement, Remedies, and Damages Copyright Infringement Claims: The Author takes intellectual property theft seriously. Any unauthorized use of the Content will result in immediate legal action, including the filing of Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices with hosting providers, search engines, and domain registrars. Liquidated Damages: If you violate these Terms by using the Author’s posts to publish a book, side blog, or commercial product, you agree that calculating actual financial damages would be difficult. Therefore, you agree to be liable for liquidated damages equal to all revenue/profits generated by your unauthorized work, plus all attorney fees and legal costs incurred by the Author to stop the infringement. 5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Personal Perspective Only: The Content on this Blog consists of personal anecdotes and subjective reflections. It is provided "as-is" for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Limitation of Liability: The Author will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reading or misuse of the Content. 6.
